Emma has a lovely, sunny manner,always happy and smiling, it’s a delight to have her in my house. Her work is exceptional; not only is the house spotless, but she’s ingenious, imaginative and thoughtful making the effort to tidy and rearrange in a helpful and considerate fashion.
